Abstract
Approaches to the organization of user training that can be applied in distance learning of digital competencies are analyzed. We believe that in order to obtain a high-quality result, it is necessary to provide comprehensive user support. To do this, we consider the "user road map" – from the user's identification of the necessary competencies to high-quality mastery of them. At every step, the user needs help. Specialists of university libraries have the opportunity to successfully and actively carry out this work thanks to professional knowledge of constant communication with users who are motivated for successful learning. The expected result is an increase in the number of persons trained and an increase in the effectiveness of training users in digital competencies.
