Abstract
The purpose of this publication is to determine the role of developing leadership qualities among the management team in ensuring the manageability of a university library under dynamic crisis conditions of prolonged martial law. An analysis of the characteristics of resilient organizations that quickly restore manageability has been conducted. The impact of the state of technical and social components on organizational resilience is considered. The main emphasis is placed on regulating social components. Thus, we believe that in crisis conditions, the resilience of an organization can be enhanced by developing the leadership qualities of the library’s management team. During periods of uncertain crisis conditions of martial law, the described elements of leadership styles normalize the psychological climate within the team and set employees up for productive work.
